The Baruffa restaurant is situated in Scopello, in Valsesia, the greenest valley of Italy in summer and the freerider’s paradise in winter. It’s nearby the Alp of Mera and Monterosa ski. There is a big and wonderful green area all around the restaurant, where people can relax, sunbathe and play with children. There are a lot of activities for sport’s lovers in the sorroundings, as rafting, canyoning, biking, trekking, horse riding in summer, and skiing or snowbarding in winter.
Our cuisine is typical but innovative, with specialties as local cheeses and cured meats, with homemade marmalade, crespelle, miacce, boar or deer stew, polenta concia, wonderful risottos and much more. The dessert are homemade too: bunet, panna cotta, pies and cakes for every taste. We organize every kind of events, as birthday party, après-ski, live music event.
